The following lays out the case why we believe that YouTube has discriminated against Live Action in the removal of our video. This page allows you to watch the banned video, learn why YouTube was wrong to remove it and what you can do to help end this unfair discrimination.
THE VIDEO IN QUESTION: "Planned Parenthood Counseling Lie Video"
HISTORY
June 23th, 2009: Live Action uploads the "Alabama Investigative Video"
June 24th, 2009: YouTube bans video for "violation of the YouTube Community Guidelines". No detailed explanation was provided and YouTube also give our account a "warning strike".
July 7th, 2009: Google/YouTube Spokesperson Scott Rubin emails Live Rose saying, "Because there are 20 hours of video uploaded every minute to YouTube, I cannot provide specifics on the removal of individual videos". So while Rubin does not have the time to "provide specifics", he does have time to offer, "Feel free to let me know if you have further questions." (view full email from, Scott Rubin)
OUR CASE WHY YOUTUBE UNFAIRLY REMOVED THE VIDEO
We do not believe that our video violates YouTube's guidelines for the following reasons:
Our video did not disclose the identity or full name of the Planned Parenthood staffer involved.
The four pictures of an abortion that we provided in our video were with rational context and warning. The images were not shock content and were less graphic than other videos on YouTube.
Many graphic videos are found on YouTube. We are not asking or encouraging you to watch these although they provide necessary comparison in making the case for our video. Warning, some of these are very graphic.
Other Graphic Abortion #1 | Other Graphic Abortion #2 | Other Graphic Abortion #3 Graphic Autopsy #1 | Graphic Autopsy #2 | Graphic Autopsy #3 | Killing of Iranian Neda National Geographic: Real Life CSI: Crime Autopsy | Graphic Animal Killing | How to Kill & Prepare Rabbit Open Heart Surgery | John F. Kennedy Assassination | Man Graphically Killed by Car
YouTube does not permit "shock" videos. Our video is clearly not a shock video as the graphic content is providing with a warning and a reasonable context for display. It is clear that our video passes that standard as provided by the YouTube Policy displayed below:

THE STORY BEHIND VIDEO
A Planned Parenthood staffer in Tucson, Arizona tells undercover Live Action actors Lila Rose and Jackie Stollar that abortion pictures are "not real". This complete fabrication by Planned Parenthood appears to reveal their manipulation of the counseling situation so that the alleged 15-year-old girl would agree to submit to an abortion.
